The Preparative-HPLC (Prep-HPLC,) facility at Shiv Nadar University is equipped at A209 with DAD, universal ELSD detectors and multicomponent thermostat. This can purify each individual sample from the mixtures of any samples (optically inactive or active) at mg to g scales. It can also be used to purify even chiral molecules by using appropriate columns and thermostat. The instrument and column selection are significantly affected for fraction collection during purification. It also can use to determine the purity of the unknown products and quantify the number of unknown samples compared to standard.
